Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Panamericana, with additional studies in International Law completed during an exchange program at the International University of Catalonia.
Specialized in Administrative Law, Public Procurement, and Energy Sector Regulation, she has solid experience advising public sector entities in the drafting and validation of administrative contracts, interinstitutional agreements, and natural gas infrastructure projects. Her approach combines rigorous legal analysis, mastery of applicable regulations, and strategic skills for the management of complex projects.
Since 2019, she has developed her career at the National Center for Natural Gas Control (CENAGAS), where she has held various key positions, participating in public procurement processes, development of internal regulatory policies, handling legal inquiries, and regularizing rights of way. She has collaborated in the structuring of strategic projects with state-owned enterprises and private entities, as well as in the drafting of regulatory proposals for the creation of state-owned participation companies.
She also has complementary training in areas such as the Public Sector Procurement Law, Transparency and Access to Public Information, and Industrial Safety for the Natural Gas Transportation System, strengthening her profile as a specialist in the regulated energy sector.
