Bio

Law graduate from Universidad Anáhuac Querétaro, awarded honorable mention and the Ceneval Award for outstanding academic performance. She is currently in the process of obtaining her professional license and has two years of experience in Corporate Law, Due Diligence, and energy sector projects.

She is part of the legal team at PMRC Abogados, where she has specialized in the review and drafting of contracts, shareholders’ meeting minutes, legal translation of documents, and the coordination of notarial and governmental filings. Her role also includes managing invoicing, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring legal compliance for companies.

She is currently collaborating in the Legal Control Desk of the Cuxtal Phase II project for the expansion of the Mayakán energy infrastructure in Mérida, Yucatán, coordinating key legal aspects of the project.

Previously, she completed an internship at S&G Abogados, where she participated in the drafting of lawsuits and filings in civil, family, and commercial matters, as well as in the synthesis of judicial rulings.

She is fluent in Spanish, speaks English (B2 level, certified by Cambridge FCE and IELTS Academic), and has a basic knowledge of French (A1 level, certified by DELF). She is recognized for her analytical skills, legal drafting abilities, organizational skills, and responsibility in high-demand legal environments.
