Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Anáhuac Querétaro, with specialized studies in Contracts, Corporate Law, and Financial Strategies completed at Universidad Anáhuac Querétaro and Universidad del Valle de México.

Specialized in Corporate Law, Commercial Contracts, and Corporate Governance, she has participated in the drafting, review, and negotiation of various types of contracts and agreements, as well as in the incorporation of companies, maintenance of corporate books, and processing of licenses and permits. Her practice also includes the analysis of public deeds related to real estate and financial transactions, and the filing of notices before regulatory authorities.

Since 2017, she has been part of the legal team at PMRC Abogados, providing advisory services to companies in their day-to-day operations, covering areas from legal compliance to corporate and contractual management. Her approach is meticulous and results-oriented, standing out for her ability to integrate legal solutions aligned with business strategies.
