Distinguished attorney with an extensive career in the field of labor law. He has held various positions within the judicial system and the public sector, notably serving as a Public Defender assigned to the Third Criminal Court of First Instance in the city of Querétaro, as well as Clerk Officer at the State Public Prosecutor’s Investigative Agency. His experience in conciliation and arbitration was solidified through his role as President of Special Labor Board Number Two of the Local Conciliation and Arbitration Board.
He has also served as a Labor Legal Advisor at the Querétaro Intercontinental Airport, and has provided labor law counsel to the State Congress of Querétaro (55th and 56th Legislatures), as well as to several municipal governments.
His leadership within the legal community was reflected in his role as Former President of the Labor Lawyers Association in the State of Querétaro (2016–2017).
