Bachelor of Laws from the Autonomous University of Querétaro, specializing in Civil Law, with additional training in Rhetoric, Legal Argumentation, and Oral Litigation. She has solid experience in Corporate Law, Aviation Law, Notarial Law, Labor Law, and Intellectual Property.
Since 2020, she has been part of the legal team at PMRC Abogados / Alvarado & Leal, where she has specialized in the incorporation of companies, real estate trusts, drafting of contracts and corporate books, as well as handling procedures before PROFECO and IMPI, including trademark registrations.
Previously, she worked at TAR Aerolíneas, participating in the management of procedures before the Federal Civil Aviation Agency, representation before labor authorities, execution of agreements, personnel management, and notarial procedures. She also collaborated at Notary Office No. 12 in Querétaro and at the Second Family Court of the Superior Court of Justice of Querétaro, providing her with a broad perspective on notarial and procedural law.
