Bio

Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Marista de Mérida, graduated with honorable mention and academic excellence. He has experience in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Public Procurement, and Human Rights, gained through his participation in key federal and state public sector institutions.

He is currently part of Tren Maya S.A. de C.V., where he provides legal advice to the Social Communication Directorate, follows up on procurement procedures under the Public Sector Procurement Law, and participates in the drafting of the Annual Social Communication Program. Previously, he worked at the Legal Counsel’s Office of the State of Yucatán, where he led the legal defense of the head of the Executive Branch in amparo trials, actions of unconstitutionality, and constitutional controversies, in addition to participating in the drafting of legislative and regulatory projects.

He also worked at FONATUR Infraestructura, participating in land acquisition negotiations for public utility projects and in citizen participation processes.

He has been recognized in national and international competitions for his performance in litigation and human rights, including the Best Speaker Award at the 6th International Litigation Competition (University of Alcalá, Spain), and awards for Best Memorial and Third Place at the “”Sergio García Ramírez”” Competition (UNAM). He was also a semifinalist in the University Constitutional Litigation Competition “”El Camino hacia la Suprema Corte”” (Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, 2022).

He is fluent in Spanish and speaks English (B2 certified by the University of Cambridge). He is recognized for his analytical skills, public speaking abilities, and commitment to transforming public service through the law.
