Has a Law Degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho. Diana has taken special courses in the Criminal Justice System; Transparency and Access to Public Information and Human Rights taught by the Attorney General’s Office. He also participated in the organization of the International Congress of Transitional Justice in Mexico and Latin America from the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
Within her professional experience, is the provision of legal services as a Researcher of the College of Mexico (Colegio de México) on the Constitutional Convention of 1917; Researcher Assistant in the Center for Research and Legal Informatics of the Esceula Libre de Derecho for the publication of the book “Los Constituyentes del 17”: responsible for monitoring the Recommendations issued by the CNDH, while participating in the processes of integral reparation of harm to victims of crime. Before being part of PMRC Diana participated as ssociate in the area of Corporate and Anti-Money Laundering in Escalante y Asociados (E&A).
