Cristóbal Velázquez Almanza

Has a Law Degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Cristóbal has taken special courses in oral trials at the Tecnológico de Monterrey and at the Universidad Latina de América.

As part of his professional experience, he has provided legal services at national and foreign companies in corporate restructurings, incorporation of new entities and M&A. Likewise, he has advised its clients in the fulfillment of their daily corporate obligations and in the negotiation of several commercial and financial agreements.
